The main strength and backbone of this college is the excellent, experienced and committed teaching staff, who possess wisdom, work culture and determination to inspire/ motivate the students in acquisition of knowledge, memory power, practical skills besides cultivation of discipline and character. The lecturers mingle with students well and impart highest standard of quality as well as value based education thereby guiding them to achieve highest marks and ranks in the University and All India competitive exams.

They also conduct regular group discussions, seminars and involve the students in project works to enable the students to come up with innovative and creative ideas and making the students to realize their immense inner potential each one has and to test their communicative skills. A special lab has been developed for enhancing the English speaking abilities of our students to meet the BPO standards.

Govt. of AP has selected our college as one of the skill development center w.e.f. 2016-2017 inorder to impart employable skills to students.

Audio Visual teaching aids like LCD projectors, overhead projectors, mini home theatre and other modern equipment are utilized for efficient and effective teaching.

Boys Hostel	Girls Hostels

We are the only Degree College in this city which is having excellent hostel facilities separately for boys and girls. We have accommodation for 150 boys and 200 girls housed inside the campus itself. We have a good kitchen with modern cooking facilities for preparing food for about 350 students in most hygienic conditions. Delicious food is being served to cater the students from different regions. Break fast, Lunch, Evening Snacks and Dinner are given at convenient times with a menu that contains balanced diet. The students are under strict and constant supervision of Residential Wardens. Separate study rooms are provided for the hostel students. A student centre and a Gym were developed in the Campus. The students feel that our hostel is just like home away from home.

Library, as you know, is the heart of the college. Keeping this in view, we possess a first class Air Conditioned library well equipped with books of latest edition for reference with a seating capacity of 100 students at present and we are developing a new block with 300 seating capacity and also increasing the number of books. The results that our students have produced is our treasure and pride and made our college proud. Students have excelled in University exams with high ranks.
